and built in 1971, this course offers the lush landscape
and rolling-hill greens that can only be found in central

Swimming
A large indoor/outdoor swimming pool sits adjacent to the clubhouse for use by Turtle Cove members and their guests. Enjoy the pool side lounge, water aerobics, and the Caribbean Scene mural around the indoor swimming area.
Lake Jackson
Turtle Cove sits on the shores of Lake Jackson, one of Georgia's best fishing lakes, which is located in Jasper, Butts, and Newton counties in central Georgia. Forming Lake Jackson is the Alcovy, South, and Yellow Rivers and Tussahaw Creek. This 4,750 acre Reservoir has 135 miles of shoreline that offers recreational activities such as boating, skiing and fishing. Lake Jackson is rich in nutrients and is a popular spot for anglers. Whether you're fishing for Bream, Crappie, large-mouth bass, hybrid bass, catfish, or carp, this is the place to be. (Georgia Fishing License required, Georgia limits and sizes enforced.) Waterskiing is another popular recreation on Lake Jackson. Skiers enjoy the lake's main pool as well as the three major river tributaries.
Turtle Cove Beaches
Turtle Cove has multiple sand beaches for members to enjoy. The beaches include a parking area, boat ramps, docks, charcoal grills, picnic tables, a volley ball net. Members and their guests swim at their own risk. No lifeguards are available for beach areas. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
